Our Old Inlet hat is a special shout out to the Old Inlet that lives in Bellport Bay. Bridging a divide between the ocean and the Great South Bay, the Old Inlet was once closed up but was recently reopend by Superstorm Sandy. The reopening of the inlet saved the bay, allowing for greater circulation of clean water and was even responsible for many species of wildlife to reemerge.
