How to Use a CBD Tincture

Shake the CBD + CBG Tincture bottle well before using. Take up to one dropper full (1 ml) daily or as directed. Place the tincture under your tongue and hold for 30-60 seconds. Then swallow. Waiting to swallow helps absorption.

If you are new to CBD, start with a ¼ dropper and monitor how you feel. After one to three weeks, gradually increase to find the best dose for you. Lessen your dose immediately if you notice undesirable side-effects like feeling sleepy. Too much CBD won’t harm you, just take a smaller amount next time.
